or qualification of Heirs dated on 16th day of October 2025 has been drawn at page No.173-V to 176 of
the Notarial Book No.242 Deed of Qualification of heirs.
Whereas SHRI KANJI NATHU SOLANKI ALIAS KANJIBHAI NATHUBHAI
SOLANKI died on 01/06/2007 at Mumbai SMT BHAGYAVANTI KANJI SOLANKI died on
05/06/2023 at Mumbai, without executing any wills or any other disposition of properties, leaving
behind them their only son namely SHRI. UMESH KANJI SOLANKI, as their sole universal heir.
That except their only son, who is now only heirs and successor of said deceased, they does not exist
any other person(s), according to the law of law of Succession” i.e. “Codigo de Usos Costumes dos
Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu”, who may claim the inheritance of the estate of the deceased, together
with them. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and
well known. That by the present deed, the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all

343/14, 342/4, 343/4, 343/6, 342/14, 343/8, 342/15, situated at Bucharwada, Diu, within Diu District
area.
And Whereassaid Mr. Giva Bava Alias Jiva Bava Vala Alias Jiwan Bawa Vala was married
(for the first and last time) to Mrs. Jaiabai Giva and they have blessed with Five Sons from their said
marriageViz.: (1) Mr. Jagdish Giva, (2) Mr. Harilal Giva, (3) Mr. Ramesh Giva, (4) Mr. Babu Giva and
(5) Mr. Mohan Giva.
And Whereas said Mr. Giva Bava Alias Jiva Bava Vala Alias Jiwan Bawa Vala has died on
dated 10/09/2020 at Patelwadi, Bucharwada, Diu, without executing any will or deposition of their
properties, devolved upon him his wife and five Sons viz. (1) Mrs. Jaiabai Giva, (2) Mr. Jagdish Giva,
(3) Mr. Harilal Giva, (4) Mr. Ramesh Giva, (5) Mr. Babu Giva and (6) Mr. Mohan Giva, as their only
legal heirs.

And Whereas said Mr. Harilal Giva @ Harilal Jiva Vala has died on dated 10/02/2021 at
Patelwadi, Bucharwada, Diu, without executing any will or deposition of his properties, devolved upon
him his wife and One Son viz. (1) Mrs. Kalpana Harilal and (2) Mr. Deep Harilal.
Whereas now said (1) Mrs. Jaiabai Giva, (2) Mr. Jagdish Giva, (3) Mr. Ramesh Giva,
(4) Mr. Babu Giva, (5) Mr. Mohan Giva, (6) Mrs. Kalpana Harilal and (7) Mr. Deep Harilal are
the only legal heirs of deceased (1) Mr. Giva Bava Alias Jiva Bava Vala Alias Jiwan Bawa Vala and
(2) Mr. Harilal Giva @ Harilal Jiva Vala, there is no other legal heir(s) of the said deceased persons,
who can contest for the in heritance of the deceased estate, together with them.
That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and
