NOTICE OF ELECTION
Notice is hereby given that:-
1. An Election is to be held of a member to 5/9 Ward ST(Women) of Randha Gram Panchayat.
2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning
Officer/Resident Deputy Collector(Silvassa), at 4th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa
between at 11:00 am and 3.00 pm on any day (other than a public holiday) not later than the
16/01/2026 (Friday).
3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:
4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny in the office of Resident Deputy
Collector(Silvassa) at 4th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa on 17/01/2026 at 11:00 a.m.
5. Notice of withdrawal of candidate may be delivered by a candidate or his election agent who
has been authorized in writing by candidate to deliver it to either of the officers specified in
paragraph 2 above at his office before 3.00 pm in the Returning Officer/ Resident Deputy
Collector(Silvassa), at 4th Floor, wing-A, Collectorate, Silvassa on 19/01/2026
6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 08/02/2026(Sunday)
between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.
