NOTICE OF ELECTION

Notice is hereby given that:-

1. An election is to be held of a Member to 4/8 Ward (Scheduled Tribes -Women) of Galonda

Gram Panchayat.

2. Nomination papers may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer to the Returning Officer,

at the Chamber of the Chief Executive Officer, 1^st Floor, District Panchayat, DNH,

Silvassa between at 11.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. on any day (other than a public holiday) not

later than the 16/01/2026 (Friday).

3. Forms of nomination paper may be obtained at the place and time aforesaid:

4. The nomination papers will be taken up for scrutiny at the Conference Hall, 1st Floor,

District Panchayat, DNH, Silvassa on 17/01/2026 (Saturday) at 11.00 a.m. onwards.

5. Notice of withdrawal of candidature may be delivered by a candidate or his proposer or his

election agent who has been authorized in writing by the candidate to deliver it to either of the

officers specified in paragraph 2 above at his office before 3.00 p.m. on 19/01/2026

(Monday).

6. In the event of the election being contested, the poll will be taken on 08/02/2026 (Sunday)

between the hours of 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.

આથી જાણ કરવામા આવે છે કે :-

૧.

ગલોોંડા ગ્રામ પોંચાયતિા વોડડ િોંબર : ૪/૮ (અનુસુચચત જન જાચત - ર્ચિલા) િી ચ ોંટણી કરવાિી છે.

૨.

ઉમેદવારી પત્રકો, ઉમેદવાર અથવા તેિા િામિી દરખાસ્ત મુકિાર દ્વારા, ચ ૂંટણી અચિકારીની કચેરી, ર્ુખ્ય

કાયમકારી અચિકારીની રૂર્, પિેલા ર્ાળે, ચજલ્લા પૂંચાયત, દાદરા અને નગર િવેલી, સેલવાસ ખાતે તારીખ

૧૬-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ (શુક્રવાર) થી મોડા િનિ એ રીતે (જાિેર રજા િોય તે ચસવાય) કોઈ પણ નદવસે સવારે ૧૧.૦૦

વાગ્યાથી ૦૩.૦૦ વાગ્યા સુધીમાોં સોપી શકાશે.

ઉમેદવારી પત્રોિા િમુિા ઉપરોક્ત કચેરીએથી ઉપરોક્ત જણાવેલ સમયે મળી શકશે.

ઉમેદવારી પત્રોિી ચકાસણી તારીખ ૧૭-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ (શચનવાર) નાૂં રોજ સવારે ૧૧.૦૦ વાગ્યાથી સભા ખૂંડ,

પિેલા ર્ાળે, ચજલ્લા પૂંચાયત, દાદરા અને નગર િવેલી, સેલવાસ મુકામે િાથ ધરવામાોં આવશે.

ઉમેદવાર અથવા તેિા િામિી દરખાસ્ત મુકિાર અથવા ચ ોંટણી એજન્ટ (કે જે ઉમેદવાર એ લેનખત અનધકૃત કરેલ

છે) એ ઉમેદવારી પાછી ખેંચવા અોંગેિી િોટીસ ઉપર ફકરા – ૨ માોં જણાવેલ ચ ોંટણી અનધકારીિે તેમિી કચેરીએ

તારીખ ૧૯-૦૧-૨૦૨૬ (સોર્વાર) િા રોજ સમય 3.00 વાગયાૂં પિેલા સોપી શકાશે.

ચ ોંટણી કરવી પડે એમ િશે ત્યારે મતદાિ તારીખ : ૦૮-૦૨-૨૦૨૬ (રચવવાર) િા રોજ સવારે ૮.૦૦ થી સાૂંજે ૫.૦૦

વાગ્યા સુધી કરવામાોં આવશે.
