In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the
purpose of para second of the said Article, It is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession
or Qualification of Heirs has been registered in this office on dated 13TH day of January, 2026 at pages
No.188-V to 191-V of the Notarial Book No.242.
That MR. GETA RAMGI @ JETHA RAMJI is the owner of all that immovable properties
Viz. (1) All that immovable properties being a residential housed standing thereon totally 107 Sq. Mts.,
situated at Kumbharwada, Diu, property bearing new City Survey No.PTS-113/268, 113/269, (2) All
that immovable being a freehold land totally 8956 Sq. Mts., situated at Naida, Diu, property bearing
New City Survey No.PTS-151/52, and (3) All that immovable property being a freehold land totally
2643 Sq. Mts., situated at Naida, Diu, property bearing New City Survey No.PTS-166/15, situated at
Naida, Diu, all are situated at within Diu District area.
That MR. GETA RAMGI @ JETHA RAMJI died on dated 02/10/1996 at Diu, and his wife
MRS. GUELIBAI has also died on 25/03/1993 at Naida, Diu, without any will or any other disposition

of immovable property and movable properties, devolved upon them their Four Children being One
Son and Three Married Daughters Viz. (1) MR. DITESHCUMAR GETA, (2) LATE MRS.
HIRABEN JETHA, (3) LATE MRS. LALITABEN JETHA AND (4) LATE MRS. SAVITABEN
JETHA.
The deceased persons i.e. (1) LATE MR. GETA RAMGI @ JETHA RAMJI, (2) LATE
MRS. GUELIBAI, have three married daughter (1) MRS. HIRABEN JETHA HAS EXPIRED ON
DATED 12/03/2018 AT LONDON, U.K. (WIFE OF MR.MAHENDRA PUSHPASEN), (2) MRS.
LALITABEN JETHA HAS EXPIRED ON DATED 02/05/2021 AT DIU, (WIFE OF MR. RAMJI
NATHU) AND (3) MRS. SAVITABEN JETHA HAS EXPIRED ON DATED 06/09/2001 AT DIU
(WIFE OF MR.VENILAL NARAN), who are not legal heirs in terms of governing law i.e. “Codigo
de Usos e Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu”.
That now said MR. DITESHCUMAR GETA is the only legal heirs of deceased (1) LATE
MR. GETA RAMGI @ JETHA RAMJI, (2) LATE MRS. GUELIBAI, there is no other legalheir(s)
of the said deceased persons, who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased estate, together with
them.
That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and
well known. That by the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes
that the above mentioned parties MR. DITESHCUMAR GETA as the sole universal heirs and
successor of the above said deceased (1) LATE MR. GETA RAMGI @ JETHA RAMJI, (2)
LATE MRS. GUELIBAI.

Succession or qualification of Heirs dated on 15th day of January 2026 has been drawn at page
No.192-V to 195 of the Notarial Book No.242 Deed of Qualification of heirs.
Whereas SHRI PRAKASHANDRA SOMCHANDE MODASIA ALIAS PRAKASH
SOMCHAND MODASIA died on 23/10/2011 at Preston, U.K., without executing any will or any
other disposition of properties, leaving behind him his widow SMT BHANUMATI
PRAKASHANDRA MODASIA and his only one Son namely MR. MILESH MODASIA, as his
sole universal heirs. That except his widow and only son, who are now only heirs and successor of
said deceased, they does not exist any other person(s), according to the law of law of Succession"
i.e. "Codigo de Usos Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu", who may claim the inheritance
of the estate of the deceased, together with him. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all
these facts which inter-alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the present deed,
the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned party, his
widow SMT BHANUMATI PRAKASHANDRA MODASIA and his only one Son namely MR.
MILESH MODASIA, as the sole universal heirs and successor of the said deceased.

Whereas SHRI. HARAKHCHAND SAMJI ALIAS ARACCHANDE SAMGI was
married to SMT. CAMLAVANTIBAI PREMGI for the first and the last time under the provisions
of "Communaute des Biens". That Shri Harakhchand Samji alias Aracchande Samgi died on
14/10/2011 at Diu, and Smt. Camlavantibai Premgi, died on 07/01/1992 at Diu, without any wills or
any other disposition of properties leaving behind them their only son namely MR. MANSUKLAL
ARRACCHANDE as their only legal heirs. The deceased persons have four daughters namely (1)
MRS. RANJANBALA, wife of Maganlal Daia, resident of Diu, (2) MRS. DAXAKUMARI
ARACCHANDE, wife of Dhiru Ramji, resident of Diu, (3) MRS. LATALAXMI
HARAKHCHAND, wife of Kirtikumar Narotam, resident of Diu, who is not legal heirs in terms of
governing law i.e. "Codigo de Usos e Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu". and (4)
MISS. CHANDRACUMARI ARACCHANDE, unmarried, daughter of Aracchande Samgi,
resident of Khushalpara, Diu, who is spinster, However she has usufutory right, in the properties of
the parents. That Shri Harakhchand Samji alias Aracchande Samgi died on 14/10/2011 at Diu, and
Smt. Camlavantibai Premgi, died on 07/01/1992 at Diu, during their life time they have not executed
any wills or testament or any other disposition of properties, leaving behind them their only son
namely MR. MANSUKLAL ARACCHANDE as their only legal heirs. That except their son, who
are now only heirs and successor of said deceased, they does not exist any other person(s), according
