NOTIFICATION

The Administrator of Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu is hereby

pleased to extend the empanelment /continuation/renewal of appointment of Shri Vinay S. Masurkar as

Special Counsel for the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu to appear and

defend the interest of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu before

Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Mumbai for further period of one (1) year

w.e.f.01/02/2026.

The rate of fee shall be as per O.M. No. J-12011/6/2025-Judicial/E.158060 Dated 05/02/2026

issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law and Justice, Department of Legal Affairs, New

Delhi on the same terms and conditions.

This is issued with the approval of the Hon’ble Administrator, Dadra and Nagar Haveli and

Daman and Diu vide dairy No. 1495492 dated 06/02/2026.
