NOTIFICATION

WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Authority, Daman is empowered to prepare one

or more Town Planning Schemes for any area within its jurisdiction under Section 56 of the Dadra

and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu Town and Country Planning Act, 1974, hereinafter referred to

as the Act.

AND WHEREAS, the draft Town Planning Scheme 04A (Nani Daman) with its policy has

been prepared and duly recommended by concerned authorities as mandated by the Act.

AND WHEREAS, approval of the Government has also been duly obtained for the draft

Town Planning Scheme 04A (Nani Daman).

NOW THEREFORE, the Planning and Development Authority, Daman, hereby publishes

the notification of draft Town Planning Scheme 04A (Nani Daman).

THEREFORE, the general public are hereby informed that the draft Town Planning Scheme

04A (Nani Daman) is available for inspection by the general public in the following places.

1. Office of the Planning and Development Authority, 1^st Floor, Collectorate, Dholar,

Moti Daman.

3. These draft Town Planning Scheme 04A (Nani Daman) and Objections Form are also

available on the website https://ddd.gov.in/.

Hence, the General Public may submit their Objections (in the Objections Form provided by

PDA, Daman only) to the draft Town Planning Scheme 04A (Nani Daman) in writing within 60 days,

from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, to the office of the Member

Secretary, Planning and Development Authority, 1^st Floor, Collectorate, Dholar, Daman.
