purpose of para second of the said Article, It is hereby made known to the public that Deed of

Succession or Qualification of Heirs has been registered in this office on dated 16^TH day of February,

2026 at pages No.199 to 202-V of the Notarial Book No.242.

That MRS. KUSUMLATA CHHAGANLAL JADAV ALIAS MRS. KUSUMLATA

CHHAGANLAL ALIAS MRS. KUSULATA CHAGANLAL is the owner of all that immovable

property being a residential housed standing thereon totally 66 Sq. Mts., situated at Vekaria Road,

Diu, property bearing new City Survey No.PTS-114/261.

That MR. CHAGANLAL BHAVANIDAS @ CHAGANLAL BHOVANIDAS died on

dated 29/08/1987 at Diu, and his wife MRS. KUSUMLATA CHHAGANLAL JADAV ALIAS

MRS. KUSUMLATA CHHAGANLAL ALIAS MRS. KUSULATA CHAGANLAL has also

died on 29/12/1998 at Diu, without any will or any other disposition of immovable property and

movable properties, devolved upon them their Five Children being Two Sons and Three Married

JIVANDAS.

The deceased persons i.e. (1) MRS.PRAMILA HEMANTLAL TALAKCHAND, (2)

MRS.ULLUS ARICANT BHANUDAS, AND (3) MRS.KRISHNA BALA CHIMANLAL, who are

not legal heirs in terms of governing law i.e. “Codigo de Usos e Costumes dos Habitantes Nao

Cristaos de Diu”.

That now said (1) MR. RAJENDRA CHAGANLAL, (2) MR. RAJESVAR

CHAGANLAL are the only legal heirs of deceased (1) MR. CHAGANLAL BHAVANIDAS @

CHAGANLAL BHOVANIDAS, (2) MRS. KUSUMLATA CHHAGANLAL JADAV ALIAS

MRS. KUSUMLATA CHHAGANLAL ALIAS MRS.KUSULATA CHAGANLAL, there is no

other legal heir(s) of the said deceased persons, who can contest for the inheritance of the deceased

estate, together with them.

That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-alia are public and

well known. That by the present deed, the declarants do hereby affirm and state for all legal purposes

that the above mentioned parties (1) MR. RAJENDRA CHAGANLAL, (2) MR. RAJESVAR

CHAGANLAL as the sole universal heirs and successor of the above said deceased (1) MR.

CHAGANLAL BHAVANIDAS @ CHAGANLAL BHOVANIDAS, (2) MRS. KUSUMLATA

CHHAGANLAL JADAV ALIAS MRS.KUSUMLATA CHHAGANLAL ALIAS MRS.

KUSULATA CHAGANLAL.
