ORDER AUTHORISING AN ATTACHMENT OF PROPERTY BY THE DISTRICT

MAGISTRATE OR COLLECTOR OF PERSON ABSCONDING UNDER THE GUJARAT

PREVENTION OF ANTI-SOCIAL ACTIVITIES ACT, 1985 READ WITH SECTION 85 OF

THE BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, 2023.

WHEREAS, complaint has been made before me that Zabbar Asif Movar, aged 31 years r/o

474 – A/2, Hajiyawada, Diu has been ordered to be detained under section 3(2) of The Gujarat

Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 1985 which is a deemed warrant of arrest u/s.8(1) of the

Gujarat Prevention of Anti-Social Activities Act, 1985 thereupon issued that the said Zabbar Asif Movar

cannot be found, and whereas, it has been shown to my satisfaction that the said Zabbar Asif Movar has

absconded and thereupon a Proclamation had been duly issued and published requiring the said Zabbar

Asif Movar to appear to answer the said charge within 30 days, and whereas the said Zabbar Asif Movar

is in ownership of following Motor Vehicle Registration Nos.DD024309, DD02F1100, DD02F2601,

DD02D2457, DD02F8587, DD02F9928, DD02B2735.

You are hereby authorised and requested to cause the said motor vehicles to be attached by

seizing of above vehicles i.e. in the manner specified in clause (a) of subsection (3) (a) of section 85,

and to be held under attachment pending the further order of this Court, and to certify without delay

what you may have done in pursuance of this order
