In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No.2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the

purpose of para second of the same article, it is hereby made public that the Deed of Succession or

Qualification of Heirs drawn on 03^rd day of March in the year 2026 at page No. 126 over leaf to 128

of Book No. 221 of Deed of Succession or Qualification of Heirs is executed in this office.

That late NIRU QUESSOU alias NIRUBEN RAMESHBHAI TANDEL expired on 15.03.2025

at Shreyas Medicare, Vapi leaving behind his Husband (1) Ramesh Narsaim and One daughter (2)

Charmee Ramesh (THE INTERESTED PARTIES). That the deceased late NIRU QUESSOU alias

NIRUBEN RAMESHBHAI TANDEL died without executing any will or any other testamentary

disposition of their last wishes.

The person expired and nobody except the interested parties are entitled to claim all the legal

dues and estate of the deceased late NIRU QUESSOU alias NIRUBEN RAMESHBHAI TANDEL his

Husband (1) Ramesh Narsaim and One daughter (2) Charmee Ramesh. The declarants have perfect

knowledge of all facts which inter-alia is public and well known. That by the present deed, the declarants

hereby affirm and state for alleged purposes that the following legal heirs/interested parties (1) Ramesh

Narsaim and One daughter (2) Charmee Ramesh are the sole and universal legal heir and successor of

the above said deceased.

The interested parties (1) Ramesh Narsaim and One daughter (2) Charmee Ramesh. are the only

legal heir and successor who may put a claim to the inheritance and estate of the said deceased such as

immovable properties which includes a claim to any estate or Properties (1) Non Agriculture land

bearing survey No. 38/11, admeasuring about 1054.00 sqmts in area, situated at Village Varkund, Nani

Daman, Daman (2) Non Agriculture bearing Survey No.432/1(79), admeasuring about 357.00 squmts

in area, situated at village Kathiria, Nani Daman (3) Public Provident Fund Account No. 10246952332,

State Bank of India, Daman (4) HDFC Saving Bank Account holder NO.50100054691117 of Daman

Branch (5) State Bank of India Saving Bank Account Holder No. 33592427840 of Daman Branch. (6)

State Bank of India Saving Bank Account holder No.33594776627 of Daman Branch and Partner in M/s

Roma Gas agency, partnership firm executed on 03.05.2018 and any movable and immovable

properties, Bank Account, police, Shares, Fixed Deposits, Provident Fund, Government Pension, G.P.F.

Gratuity, Insurance, Mutual Fund etc. and also to produce before the Competent Authority, wherever

and whenever required to claim the unclaimed benefits by the said deceased Late NIRU QUESSOU

alias NIRUBEN RAMESHBHAI TANDEL

The declarants are neither successor of the said deceased nor they have any impediment for this

act and they have no interest in making the present declaration which they made on cath.
