Sub. Re-publish the Gazette Notification S.O. 3472(E), No. 3337, published in the Extraordinary

Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated 27th June, 2026.

With reference to the above cited subject and in accordance with the provision under Rule 8(i)

of the Census Rules 1990, the Gazette Notification S.O. 3472 (E), No.3337 published in Extraordinary

Gazette of India, Part II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) dated 27^th June, 2026 issued by the Registrar General

& Census Commissioner, India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi regarding

the conduct of Pre-Test of Population Enumeration in selected sample areas is hereby republish in the

official Gazette of the U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu for general

information wherein the Pre-Test shall be conducted from 6^th July, 2026 to 18^th July, 2026 with a

revisional round from 19^th July, 2026 to 20^th July, 2026 and an option for self-enumeration shall be

available from 1^st July, 2026 to 5^th July, 2026.
