In accordance with para first of Article 179 of Law No. 2049 dated 06/08/1951 and for the
purpose of para second of the said Article, it is hereby made known to the public that Deed of Succession
or qualification of Heirs dated on 02nd day of July 2026 has been drawn at page No.08-V to 10-V of
the Notarial Book No.243 Deed of Qualification of heirs.
Whereas SHRI HEERA PANCHA BAMANIA ALIAS HIRA PANCHA SOLANKI
ALIAS HIRA PANCHA died on 20/07/2023 at Mumbai, and SMT VENIBAI HEERA BAMANIA
ALIAS VENIM BAI died on 15/05/2018 at Mumbai, without executing any will or any other
disposition of properties, leaving behind him his only Son namely SHRI. JITENDRA HIRA, as his
sole universal heirs. That except their only son, who are now only heirs and successor of said deceased,
they does not exist any other person(s), according to the law of law of Succession" i.e."Codigo de Usos
Costumes dos Habitantes Nao Cristaos de Diu", who may claim the inheritance of the estate of the
deceased, together with him. That the declarants have perfect knowledge of all these facts which inter-
alia are public and well known. That by the present deed, the present deed, the declarants do hereby
affirm and state for all legal purposes that the above mentioned party, their son SHRI. JITENDRA
HIRA, as the sole universal heirs and successor of the said deceased:

That late Shri Chandu Devjibhai Tandel expired on 14 08.1994 at Kolimar Sheri, Nani Daman
leaving behind his (1) Prakash Devijibhai Tandel brother & (2) Damyanti Dalpat Damania
(3) Pushpaben Rameshbhai Tandel (4) Kanchan Jagdish Tandel Sister of Chandu Devjibhai Tandel
(THE INTERESTED PARTIES) That the deceased late Chandu Devjibhai Tandel died without
executing any will or any other testamentary disposition of their last wishes.
The person expired and nobody except the interested parties are entitled to claim all the legal
dues and estate of the deceased Chandu Devjibhai Tandel (1) Prakash Devijibhai Tandel brother &
(2) Damyanti Dalpat Damania (3) Pushpaben Rameshbhai Tandel (4) Kanchan Jagdish Tande Sisters
The declarants have perfect knowledge of all facts which inter-alia is public and well known. That by
the present deed, the declarants hereby affirm and state for alleged purposes that the following legal
heirs/interested parties (1) Prakash Devijibhai Tandel brother & (2) Damyanti Dalpat Damania
(3) Pushpaben Rameshbhai Tandel and (4) Kanchan Jagdish Tandel sisters are the sole and universal
legal heir and successor of the above said deceased Chandu Devjibhai Tandel Their Sisters (1) Damyanti
Dalpat Damania (2) Pushpaben Rameshbhai Tandel and (3) Kanchan Jagdish Tandel are married and
she is not legal heir in terms of law of succession ie Code of the usages and Customs of Non Christian
Inhabitant of Daman in force in this District of Daman
The interested parties Prakash Devijibhai Tandel is the only legal heir and successor who may
put a claim to the inheritance and estate of the said deceased such as immovable properties Bank
Accounts, Policy. Shares, Fixed Deposits. Provident Fund, government pension, GPF, Gratuity,
insurance Mutual Fund and (1) Share Certificate No 008507 Distinctive No (s) 054997741-054997794
of Dr Reddy's Laboratones Limited (2) Share Certificate No. 020329 Distinctive No (s) 077226704-
077226757 of Dr Reddy's Laboratories Limited and (3) Debenture Certificate No 002322 Distinctive
No (s) 0007162807-0007163454 of Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited and also to produce before the
Competent Authority, wherever and whenever required to claim the unclaimed benefits by the said
deceased Chandu Devjibhai Tandel.
The declarants are neither successor of the said deceased nor they have any impediment for this
act and they have no interest in making the present declaration which they made on oath

Assuceba Raod Moti Daman and Bank Accounts, Policy, Shares, Fixed Deposits, Mutual Fund etc and
also to produce before the Competent Authority, wherever and whenever required to claim the
unclaimed benefits by the said deceased Late Shri JAYU VARGHESE.
The declarants are neither successor of the said deceased nor they have any impediment for this
act and they have no interest in making the present declaration which they made on oath.
