No. F. 3 (96)/Fin (Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/115.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164

of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Delhi Act 03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital

Territory of Delhi hereby rescinds, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

rescission, the notification of the Government of Delhi in the Department of Finance (Revenue-1) No.

74/2017 –State Tax dated the 31^st January, 2018, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV,

vide No. F. 3 (81)/Fin(Rev.-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/58, dated the 31^st January, 2018.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the 2^nd day of February, 2018.

No. 05/2018– State Tax (Rate)

No. F. 3(97)/Fin (Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/116.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

of Section 11 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lt. Governor of National Capital

Territory of Delhi, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, on the recommendations

of the Council, hereby exempts the intra-State supply of services by way of grant of license or lease to explore or

mine petroleum crude or natural gas or both, from so much of the state tax as is leviable on the consideration paid

to the Central Government in the form of Central Government’s share of profit petroleum as defined in the

contract entered into by the Central Government in this behalf.

2. The notification shall come into force on the 25^th January, 2018.
