No.DoFS-109(12)/1/2017-Admin/429-444.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section

37 of the Food Safety and Standard Act, 2006 (34 of 2006), read with sub-rule 1 of Rule 2.1.3 of Food Safety and

Standard Rules, 2011, Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoint the under mentioned persons

who have successfully completed the statutory training prescribed under sub-rule 1 of Rule 2.1.3 of Food Safety and

Standard Rules, 2011, as Food Safety Officers for the entire area of National Capital of Delhi, for the purpose of Food

Safety and Standard Act, 2006.
