NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the18th April, 2018

No. F.7 (318)/DoFS/Admin./2017/562-572.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309

of the Constitution read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs notification No. F24/78/68-DH(S)

dated 24^th September 1968, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby makes the following rules

further to amend in the notification No.F.7(186)/12/DoFS/10062-10072 dated 12^th March, 2013 to the post of ‘Food

Safety Officer’ in the office of Department of Food Safety, of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely;-

1.

Short title and commencement.— (i) These rules may be called ‘the Recruitment Rules for the post of ‘Food

Safety Officer’ Department of Food Safety, National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Rules, 2018.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2.

In Column 4 of the Schedule to the said notification, the following shall be substituted:-

“Level 6 of Pay Matrix”

(Pre-revised PB-II Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200)
