Li Governor of NCI of Delhi extends the term of Sh. Sanjay

Poddar, Advocate, as StaodingCounscl within the meaning

of Section 2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 19013for ^the

High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any Suit,

Appeal, Writ or other Proceedings by or against the

Government of Delhi through Principal Secretary, Land

and Building Department and/or Union of India in relation

to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (Land

and Building Department) and/or Public Officer (s) whose

defense has been undertaken by it, for a period of one year

wet. 18-5-2007.

The appointment of Sit. Sanjay Poddar, Advocate as

Standing Counsel is subject to terms and conditions as

contained hi Notification No. F. 5/10191-Lit.11345 dated

26-2-1992 and also as may be prescribed from time to time.
