The aforesaid Chairperson and Members of Child Welfare Committee-IV, Mayur Vihar shall function from their

designated premises for the period of three years from the date of notification. The Child Welfare Committee shall

function in terms of the Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and Juvenile Justice (Care &

Protection of Children) Model Rules, 2016 on all working days from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

They shall exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or assigned to such Committee in relation

to the children in need of care and protection under the said Act, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
