No. F. 20/4/2003/1113-11/3324.—Whereas, the plying
of Animal Driven Vehicles and other Slow Moving Vehicles
on roads/areas in Chattarpur is causing congestion and

related traffic hazards and affecting smooth flow of traffic
and whereas it is now considered necessary to ensure
smooth flow oftraffic and safety of all road users.
And, whereas, it is necessary to ensure the smooth
flow of traffic, to prevent congestion and inconvenience
to motorists, other road users and for the safety of other
road users.
Now, therefore, I, Prabhakar, Deputy Commissioner
of Police, Traffic (Hdqrs.) Delhi in exercise of the powers
conferred upon me under regulation 20 ofthe "Delhi Control
of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Streets
Regulation, 1980" do hereby prohibit the plying of Animal
Driven vehicles and other Slow Moving Vehicles for 24
hours of the day on the following roads/areas in Chattarpur
till further orders :-
1.
Chattarpur Bhati Mines Road.
2.
Chattarpur Mandi Road.
3.
M. G. Road.
4.
Anuvrat Marg.
This Order shall be published for the information of
the general public in the Official Gazette and by affixing a
copy on the notice boards ofthe office of all District Deputy
Commissioners of Police and all Police Stations in Delhi/
New Delhi.
The concerned civic road agencies maintaining the
roads/areas shall erect the corresponding signboards
indicating the restrictions on Animal Driven Vehicles and
other Slow Moving Vehicles in the area for information
and convenience of all concerned.

nor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to des-
ignate Mr. Yogesh Khanna, Additional Session Judge, Delhi
as Special Judge (PC Act)-03 (CBI), Rohini in place of
Ms. Anu Malhotra, for trial of corruption cases investi-
gated and sent by the Special Police Establishment and the
Delhi Police and he is further pleased to specify under
sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the said Act, that all
offences specified in sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
said Act shall be tried and disposed of by the said Special
Judge with effect from the date he takes over the charge.
