No. 13(04)/2011/UD/MB/2014/2978.—I, Naresh Kumar, Chairman, New Delhi Municipal Council,

hereby, by this notifcation, issues expression of my intention, in terms of Rule 13(2) of the Delhi Steet

Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Steet Vending) Rules, 2017, to conduct elections for the

members of a Town Vending Commitee representing the steet vendors of the area under the jurisdiction of the

New Delhi Municpal Council.
