F.No. 1/7/2016/HP-I/Estt./4903 to 4910.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10
of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978) read with the clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) and the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs,
notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20th March, 1974, and in suppression of the
Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi’s notification number F. No. 1/07/2016/HP-
1/Estt./302-309 dated the 19th April, 2017 except as respect things done or omitted to be done before
such suppression, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to direct
and declare:—
(a) That the area of new Metro Station namely ESI Hospital shall be included in the jurisdiction
of Police Station Raja Garden Metro from the date of issue of this notification;
(b) That area of new Metro Stations namely IIT, R.K. Puram, Munirka, Vasant Vihar and
Shankar Vihar shall be included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Ghitorni Metro from the
date of issue of this notification;
(c) That area of new Metro Stations namely Nehru Enclave, Greater Kailash, Chirag Delhi
Panchsheel Park, and Kalindi Kunj shall be included in the jurisdiction of Police Station
Okhla Vihar Metro from the date of issue of this notification;
(d) That area of new Metro Stations namely Mundka Industrial Area (MIA), Ghevra, Tikri Kalan
and Tikri Border shall be included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Nangloi Metro from
the date of issue of this notification ;
(e) That area of new Metro Stations namely Dabri Mor, Dhashrath Puri, Palam and IGI Airport
Terminal-1 shall be included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Janakpuri Metro from the
date of issue of this notification;
(f) That area of new Metro Stations namely Shalimar Bagh shall be included in the jurisdiction
of Police Station Azadpur Metro from the date of issue of this notification;
(g) That area of new Metro Stations namely Shakur Pur and Punjabi Bagh (West) shall be
included in the jurisdiction of Police Station Netaji Subhash Place Metro from the date of
issue of this notification ;
