Delhi, the 15thFebruary, 2019

F.No. R.150/TO(S)/TC-Felling/17-18/383.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Delhi

Preservation of Trees Act, 1994 (Delhi Act 11 of 1994), the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, in

public interest had exempted an area of total 44.24 ha. (approx.) as detailed given below from the provision of sub-

section (3) of section 9 of the said Act for construction for redevelopment of GPRA colony at Netaji Nagar, New Delhi

by National Building Construction Corporation (NBCC), vide notification no. F.No.R.150/TOS(S)/TC-Felling/

17-18/641-53 dated 23^rd April, 2018.
