BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Seventieth

Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

Short title.

This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No. 1)

Act, 2019.

Issue

/-from and out

the

Consolidated

Fund

the

National

Capital

Territory

Delhi for the

financial

year

2018-2019.

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the

National Capital Territory of Delhi, there may be

paid and applied further sums not exceeding those

specified in column(5) of the Schedule, amounting

in the aggregate to the sum of Rupees Seventeen

Hundred Thirty Eight Crore Ninety Nine Lakh Eighty

Two Thousand only towards defraying the several

charges which will come in the course of payment

during the financial year 2018-2019 in respect of the

services specified in column(2) of the Schedule.

Appropriation.

The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and out

of the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory

of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services

and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the

said year.
