Delhi, the 2nd May, 2019

No. F. 6/2/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/822-827.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Family

Courts Act, 1984, and all other powers enabling him in this regard, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory

of Delhi, with the concurrence of the High Court of Delhi, hereby appoints Mr. Anoop Kumar Mendiratta, officer of

Delhi Higher Judicial Service as Principal Judge, Family Courts, South-East District, Saket, Delhi with effect from the

date he takes over, in terms of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, with conferment of powers as such.
