No. F.18/73/2015/HOME (G)/ 2570-2579.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home

Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National

Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Ms. Madhu Singhal, Joint Registrar, High Court of Delhi to be the

Executive Magistrate in Metropolitan Area of Delhi, till she hold the present post or till further orders, whichever is

earlier.
