NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 28th May, 2019

No. F. 6/1/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/982-989.—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts

Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital

Territory of Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of

Delhi Higher Judicial Service as District Judges, as under: -

1. Ms. Neena Krishna Bansal and Mr. Dharmesh Sharma, as District Judges on regular basis with effect

from the date they take over;

2. Mr. Dinesh Kumar Sharma as District Judge on proforma basis with effect from the date his junior

takes over; and

3. Mr. A.K. Mendiratta as District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date he takes over.
