No. F.21/60/Secy./STA/2009/418.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 68 read

with clause (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, (59 of 1988) and rule 48 of the Delhi Motor Vehicles

Rules, 1993 and in supersession of notification no. 21/60/Secy./STA/2009/06 published in Part-IV of Delhi Gazette

(Extra Ordinary) dated the 04^th January, 2018, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such

supersession, the State Transport Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi is hereby reconstituted, consisting
