Delhi, the 5th July, 2019

F.No. 8/111/2018/HP-II/3193-3206.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of section 24 of

the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs

Notification No. 11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Competent Authority, is pleased to appoint

Shri B.S.Joon Advocate, as Special Pubic Prosecutor to conduct in case bearing Appeals No. 391/2018, 393/2018,

399/2018, 444/2018, 523/2018, 608/2018 FIR No. 862/2016 PS Shabad Dairy, to represent Delhi Police in High Court of

Delhi. The following fee shall be payable to Sh. B. S. Joon Advocate , Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the case.

1. Rs. 55,000/- Per hearing/appearance.

2. Rs.15,000/- Per hearing/appearance, for junior counsel

3. Rs.25,000/- Per Conference,(if any)

4. Rs.12,500/- For each Drafting of Petition/ Application (if any)

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Minister (Home), GNCT of Delhi.
