F. No. 6/5/2011-Judl./Suptlaw/2003-2008.—In continuation to this department notification No. 6/05/2011-

Judl./363-367 dated 28.03.2011 and consequent upon superannuation of Mr. O.P. Saini, DHJS w.e.f. 30.09.2019 and in

exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (Act No.49

of 1988) read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi Notification No.U-11030/4/88-UTL

dated 14^th February, 1989, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to designate the Court of

Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI)-09, Rouse Avenue Court Complex, New Delhi presently presided over by Mr. A.K.

Kuhar, DHJS as the Court to undertake the trial of cases in relation to all matters pertaining to 2G Spectrum Scam in

pursuance of the orders of the Supreme Court in addition to the matters already pending in the Court w.e.f. 01.10.2019.
