NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 19th November, 2019

No. F. 6/1/2015-Judl./Suptlaw/2310-2317.—Under the provisions of Section 20 of the Punjab Courts

Act, 1918, as in force in the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of

Delhi, on the recommendation of the High Court of Delhi, appoints the following officers of Delhi Higher Judicial

Service as District Judges, as under: -

1. Ms. Sujata Kohli as District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date she takes over;

2. Mr. Anoop Kumar Mendiratta, DHJS being on deputation, as District Judge on proforma basis with effect

from the date his junior takes over;

3. Ms. Swarana Kanta Sharma, as District Judge on regular basis with effect from the date she takes over;

4. Mr. Sudhir Kumar Jain, as District Judge under next below rule with effect from the date he takes over.
