Delhi, the 2nd December, 2019

No. F.40 (6)/(4)/Fin/A/Cs/2006-07/1851/.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of

the State Financial Corporations Act, 1951 (No. 63 of 1951), as amended by the State Financial Corporations

(Amendment) Act, 2000, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby approves the determination

of 30,000 (Thirty Thousand Only) fully paid up shares of the face value of ` 30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only) to

be issued by the Board of Delhi Financial Corporation for the years 2012-13 to 2016-17 and shall be allotted to the extent

specified against in columns 4 and 5 thereof—
