section 20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of

Home Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL(i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of

National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Executive Magistrate upon under-

mentioned officers and post them in North West Revenue District with immediate effect.
