NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 31st March, 2020

F. No. 16(1)/UD/W/2000-2001/699-706.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iv)

of sub-section (2) and sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998 the Hon’ble

Minister (UD) of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints the Municipal Councillors

nominated by Mayors of respective Municipal Corporation, as Members in the Delhi Water Board,

Delhi constituted vide this Government’s Notification No. F.16(1)/UD/DWB/98-99/4199 dated 6^th

April, 1998, and amended vide notification No. F. 14(11)/LA-2012/cons2law/45 dated 26^th April,

2013 for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective offices,

or till the individual ceases to be a member of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi as the case may be,
