NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 14th April, 2020

F. No. 16(1)/UD/W/2000-2001/721.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (vii) of

sub-section (2) Section 3 of the Delhi Water Board Act, 1998 (Delhi Act 4 of 1998), the Lieutenant

Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to extend the term of Sh. Shalabh

Kumar, Member (Water Supply) for a further period with effect from 11^th April, 2020 to

31^st December, 2020 in the Delhi Water Board, Delhi Constituted vide this Government’s Notification

No. F.16 (1)/UD/DWB/98-99/4199, dated 6^th April, 1998 under clause (vii) of Sub Section (2) of

Section 3 of the said Act.
