सं. एफ. 3(2)/जित्त.(रािस्ट्ि-1)/2020-21/डी एस-VI/150.—ददल्ली आबकारी अजधजनयम, 2009 (ददल्ली

अजधजनयम 10 िर्ष 2010), के द्वारा धारा 81 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत की गई िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए

राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षेत्र ददल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एतदद्वारा ददल्ली आबकारी जनयमािली, 2010 में इसके अजतररि

जनम्नजलजित संिोधन दकए िाते हैं:—

1. लघु िीर्षक तथा प्रारंभ.—(1) यह जनयम ददल्ली आबकारी (संिोधन) जनयमािली, 2020 कहलाएगा ।

(2) यह ददल्ली रािपत्र में अजधसूचना प्रकाजित होने की जतजथ से लागू होगा।

(ii) जनयम 154 में संिोधन - ददल्ली आबकारी जनयमािली, 2010 में जनयम 154, उप-जनयम (4), में

अन्य िुल्क (परजमट/पास/आयात/जनयाषत) से संबंजधत ताजलका-

Delhi, the 4th May, 2020

No. F. 3(2)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-VI/150.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section 81 of the Delhi Excise Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 10 of 2010), the Lt. Governor of the

National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby makes the following rules to further amend the Delhi

Excise Rules, 2010, namely:—

2. Short Title and Commencement.—(1) These rules may be called the Delhi Excise

(Amendment) Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

(ii) Amendment in rule 154 - In the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010, in rule 154, in sub-

rule (4), in the table relating to Other Fees (Permit/Pass/Import/Export), –

(a) after S.No. 16, the following S.No. 17, shall be inserted, namely:-
