20 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home

Affairs, Notification No. U-11011/2/74-UTL (i) dated the 20^th March, 1974, the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National

Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to delegate the powers of Executive Magistrate in the Metropolitan area of Delhi

upon Sh. Goutam Mondal, Principal Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, till he

holds the present post or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
