(2) (b) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 as amended by the Legal Services Authorities

(Amendment) Act, 2002, read with rule 3 of the Delhi Legal Services Authorities Rules, 1996, the

Lt. Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court

of Delhi, is pleased to nominate Hon’ble Ms. Justice Hima Kohli, Judge, High Court of Delhi as Executive

Chairperson of Delhi State Legal Service Authority.
