NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 26th June, 2020
No.F.1/37/2003/Misc./L&B/WC/960-1020.—The Hon’ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of
Delhi hereby approved the terms of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel within the meaning of Section
2(7) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in relation to any Suit, Appeal,
Writ or other proceedings by or against the Government of Delhi through Additional Chief Secretary , Land &
Building Department and/or Union of India/Land Acquisition Collectors in relation to the affairs of the National
Capital Territory of Delhi (Land & Building Department) and/or Public Officer (s) whose defence has been
undertaken by it, for a period of one year with effect from 01.07.2020.
The appointment of Shri Yeeshu Jain, Advocate as Standing Counsel will be subject to terms and conditions
as contained in notification N.F.5/10/91-Lit./1345 dated 26/02/1992 and also as may be prescribed from time to time.
This notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
