श्री अनुराग कुंडू, पता डी-9, गली संख्या 7, आदिश नगर, ददल्ली - 110033 को ददल्ली बाल अजधकार सरंक्षण आयोग,

ददल्ली के अध्यक्ष के रूप में जनयुि करती है I अध्यक्ष आजधकाठरक रािपत्र में अजधसूचना की तारीख से तीन वर्षों तक की

अवजध के जलए पद पर रहेंगे I

Clause (a) of Sub-Section 2 of Section 17, Section 18 & Sub-Section(1) of the Section 19 of the Commissions for

Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), read with the Govt. of India, Ministry of Home Affairs Notification

F.No.U-11030/1/2007/UTI dated the 15^th January, 2008, Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to

appoint Shri. Anurag Kundu R/o D-9, Street 7, Adarsh Nagar, Delhi, 110033, as Chairperson of the Delhi

Commission for Protection of Child Rights. The Chairperson shall hold office for a term of three years from the date

of Notification in the Official Gazette.
