F.No.9/70/2020-Home (G)–2427-41.—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (r) of sub-section (1) of

Section 2 of the Delhi Prisons Act, 2000 (Delhi Act No. 2 of 2002) read with sub-rule 39 of Rule 2 of the Delhi

Prisons Rules 2018, the Hon’ble Minister of Home, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to

declare Police Quarters in the Police Housing Complex adjoining Mandoli Jail, Delhi as “Temporary Jail”, till further

orders, in view of COVID-19 pandemic.
