F. No. 75(190)/PLG/DTTE/UAS/2017-18/2020.—In exercise of powers conferred under

Sub- Section (1) of Section (3) of the Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University Act, 2019 (DELHI ACT

04 OF 2020), the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the

15th August, 2020, as the date on which the University by the name of Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship

University, shall be established.
