the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India vide Letter No. 14011/8/2020-Delhi-I, dated the 1^st August,

2020 agreeing with the views of Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, hereby confirms

the Notifications No. F. 8/95/2020/HP-II/2626-2639 dated the 30^th July, 2020 and Notification No. F.

8/95/2020/HP-II/2640-2652 dated the 30^th July, 2020 issued under section 24(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure,

1973.

This issues with the approval of Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor, GNCT of Delhi.
