NOTIFICATION

Delhi, the 17th August, 2020

No. IPU/JR(C)/Ord.17/BOM66/2020/102.—In pursuance of the provisions of Section 27 of the Guru

Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Act, 1998 (9 of 1998), the Board of Management of Guru Gobind Singh

Indraprastha University in its 66^th meeting held on 06^th August 2018 vide agenda item BM 66.12 has approved the

adoption of the “University Grants Commission (Prevention, prohibition and redressel of sexual harassment of women

employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, the existing provision of

Ordinance No. 17 is substituted by the provisions of the “University Grants Commission (Prevention, prohibition and

redressel of sexual harassment of women employees and students in higher educational institutions) Regulations, 2015

as amended from time to time.
