F.1 (25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/PF-I/1261-71.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-
sections (1), (2) and (4) of section 14 read with clause (s) of section 2 of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, (53 of
2005) and in partial modification of notification No.F1(25)/DDMA(HQ)/DDMA-RULES/2013/PF-I/52-74 dated
19/01/2015, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby substitutes the nomination of
Joint Secretary (Disaster Management), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India as Member and in lieu of him
nominates Joint Secretary (Policy and Plan), NDMA, Government of India as a Member, for the purposes of the said
Act, to “The Delhi Disaster Management Authority” for the National Capital Territory of Delhi which shall consist of
