Section 17 of the Commissions for Protection of Child Rights Act, 2005 (4 of 2006), in accordance with section 18 of
the aforesaid Act, read with the Govt. of India Ministry of Home Affairs Notification F.No.U-11030/1/2007/UTI
dated the 15th January, 2008, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is please to appoint following
members in Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights .Every Member shall hold office as such for a term of
three years from the date on which s/he assumes office or when s/he attains the age of sixty years whichever is earlier.
