No. F3(60)/Fin(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/163.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (ii) of

section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019), the Lt. Governor of

the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby appoints the 1^stday of September, 2020, as the date on which the

provisions of section 10 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019), shall

come into force.
