No. F. 3(58 )/Fin(Rev-I)/2020-21/DS-IV/162.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (ii) of

section 1 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2019 (Delhi Act 06 of 2019), the Lt. Governor of

National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the 1^st day of September, 2019, as the date on which the

provisions of section 13 the said Act, shall come into force.
