Section 7 of the Delhi Netaji Subhas University of Technology Act 2017 read with Clause 27 of the Netaji Subhas

University of Technology, Delhi (First) Statutes, 2018,Hon’ble Lt. Governor, National Capital Territory of Delhi

(Chancellor of the Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi) is pleased to approve the merger of two existing

engineering colleges, presently functioning under the direct control of the Directorate of Training and Technical

Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, namely (i)Ambedkar Institute of Advanced

Communication, Technology, and Research (AIACT&R), Geeta Colony, Delhi and (ii) Ch. Brahm Prakash

Government Engineering College, Jaffarpur, Delhi with the Netaji Subhas University of Technology, Delhi (NSUT)

as East and West Campuses, respectively of the NSUT Delhi.
