F. No. 5/72/2005/HP-1/Estt./2231-2237.—In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of

Section 3 read with clause (i) of section 2 of Private Security Agencies (Regulation) Act, 2005 (29 of

2005) and in partial modification of notification No. 5/72/2005/HP-I/Estt./ 4494 to 4500 dated 05.02.2009,

the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to designate the Special Secretary/

Additional Secretary (Home), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, to be the Controlling

Authority for the purposes of the said Act, in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
