No. F.21/60/Secy./STA/2009/77427.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 68
read with clause (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, (59 of 1988) and rule 48 of the Delhi Motor Vehicles
Rules, 1993 and in supersession of notification No. 21/60/Secy/STA/2009/418 dated 19th June, 2019, published in Part-IV of
Delhi Gazette (Extra Ordinary) dated the 20th June, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such
supersession, the State Transport Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi is hereby reconstituted, consisting of
