Delhi, the 30th December, 2020

No. F. 16(1)/UD/W/2000-01/1628.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3(2) of the Delhi Water

Board Act, 1998 (Delhi Act 4 of 1998), constituted vide this Government’s Notification No. F.16(1)/UD/DWB/

98-99/4199 dated 6^th April, 1998, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to approve the

engagement of Sh. Shalabh Kumar, as Member (Water Supply) on re-employment basis in Delhi Jal Board, under

clause (vii) of sub-section (2) of section (3) of the said Act, for a period of three months w.e.f. 01/01/2021 to

31/03/2021 as a one time measure.
