Delhi, the 25th November, 2020

No. F. 56(333)/07/Dev.(HQ)/2685-2692.—In exercise of the powers conferred by

clause 11 read with sub-clause (j) under clause 2 of the Seeds (Control) Order, 1983 made under

the Seeds Act, 1966 (54 of 1966) and in supersession of their earlier notification number

F. 56(333)/07/Dev.HQ/1390-1398, dated the 2^nd August, 2017, except as respects things done or

omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital

Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the Agronomist of the Development Department to be the

Licensing Authority for the purpose of said Order for the geographical area of National Capital

Territory of Delhi.
